Scope of Services:RECOUPZ Private Investigation Agency (hereinafter referred to as "RECOUPZ") provides financial crime prevention and investigation services to its clients. By using RECOUPZ's services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Services: The services provided by RECOUPZ may include risk assessments, compliance program development, due diligence, technology solutions, investigations, and reporting. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing between RECOUPZ and the client.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing RECOUPZ with accurate and complete information about their business and financial operations. The client is also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial crime prevention and investigations.

Confidentiality: RECOUPZ understands the importance of confidentiality in its work and will take all necessary measures to protect the client's privacy. Any information provided by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

Fees and Payment: The fees for RECOUPZ's services will be agreed upon in writing between RECOUPZ and the client. Payment terms will also be agreed upon in writing. RECOUPZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services if the client fails to make timely payments.

Limitation of Liability: RECOUPZ will not be liable for any damages arising from the client's use of its services, except for damages arising from RECOUPZ's willful misconduct or gross negligence. In no event shall RECOUPZ's liability exceed the fees paid by the client for the services provided.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying all fees owed to RECOUPZ for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The agreement between RECOUPZ and the client will be governed by the laws of the state of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India.

Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by RECOUPZ. Any amendments will be communicated to the client in writing.

Reporting Illegal Activity: If any sort of illegal or unethical activity is detected, RECOUPZ won't hesitate to report to the respected authorities in National or International Jurisdictions.
